Eine Architektin, ein Diplomat und eine Künstlerin bringen ihre süßen Erfahrungen aus Nordamerika und Europa zusammen, mischen sie mit hervorragenden Backzutaten und kreieren daraus hausgemachte Köstlichkeiten rund um Torte und Kuchen.
Die süße Landkarte variiert je nach Saison und Inspiration der Backstube, sie umfasst Spezialitäten wie Mousse au Chocolat und Orangen Cheesecake ebenso wie Cassata Siciliana und Tarte Tatin. Dazu gibt's jeden Tag unsere Victoria-Standards: Die dunkle Schokoladen-Victoriatorte mit intensivem Schokoladenguss verfeinert mit einer Zitronen-Weißwein-Sauce, oder das luftige Baiser mit Creme: Kastanien und Schlagsahne, oder Schokolade, oder Obst nach Saison und Schlagsahne.
Zu den Kuchen servieren wir eine Vielzahl an Kaffee- und Teespezialitäten. Und als Zwischengang für die Tortenrallye gibt's auch was Salziges - wir kochen täglich eine Suppe sowie flaumige Rouladen aus Souffleeteig mit wechselnden Gemüsefüllungen.
Und ja, alles das können Sie auch mitnehmen.

An architect, a diplomat and an artist bring their sweet experiences from North America and Europe together, they mix them with excellent ingredients and use this to create homemade treats, all about cakes and pastries.
The sweet map changes according to season and inspiration from the bakery. It includes specialties that range from Mousse au Chocolat to Orange Cheesecake, from Cassata Siciliana to Tarte Tatin. And our Victoria standards are always there: the dark chocolate Victoria cake with an intensive chocolate taste to go with a refreshing lemon white wine sauce or a light and fluffy baiser with chestnuts and whipped cream, or a foamy chocolate cream, or seasonal fruit with whipped cream.
To go with the cakes there is a selection of coffee and tea specialties and, as a break for the sweet tooth, there is always a savory snack. We cook a soup daily and also a fluffy roulade made of soufflé pastry with a varying vegetable filling.
